This bit is yoursCompliance for education supply agencies in England
We're the compliance team you don't have to hire. You find the candidates; we run the Keeping Children Safe in Education checks, chase the references and the Disclosure and Barring Service, and keep every file up to date.
Try it with five candidates and we'll run every check free. You pay only the £68 Enhanced DBS with children's barred list, taken the day you add each one, then see the finished files before you commit to anything.
Tom's cleared and both references are in. Want me to send his file over?
You started the agency to win schools and fill roles. Instead you're chasing references, nudging the umbrella body and working out whose safeguarding training runs out next month. We take that work off your hands.
A school wants someone on Monday and you've got the right teaching assistant, but one reference hasn't come in and the DBS is stuck at the umbrella body. We do the chasing, so you can say yes.
Growing means more files to clear, chase and renew, and usually another salary to cover them. Send the extra through us instead.
A missing check or an unexplained gap is the last thing you want a school or an auditor to find. Every file we clear comes back complete and dated, ready for the school's Single Central Record.

This bit is yoursWe run all eleven checks, chase the references every working day and stay on the DBS until it lands. Once it is cleared, you get a finished file for the school.
We track every expiry date, from safeguarding training to the DBS Update Service and Right to Work, and chase each one before it falls due, for as long as they're registered with you.
Every check is dated, with the evidence behind it, in the format a school expects. The school can put it straight onto its Single Central Record, so nobody comes back to you asking what is missing.
Then the training every candidate completes
£350 a month covers ten clearances, taken on your billing date. Keeping a file current is £9.99 a month per candidate, taken on the same date. An Enhanced DBS with children's barred list is £68, everything included, taken from your card the day you add the candidate or paid by the candidate before we apply, as you choose.
Your first month is free: five candidates free, then £35 for each one after that. The day your free month ends, £350 comes off your card, and on the same date each month. The first ten candidates you add each month use it up. After that it's £35 each, taken the day you add them. Unused clearances don't carry into the next month.
£9.99 a month for every candidate on your register, charged on your billing date. Start one part-way through a month and you pay only for the days left, on your next billing date. No minimum: if you've got two, it's £19.98. Stopping takes effect from your next billing date.
Five candidates free in your first month. The only charge on them is the £68 Enhanced DBS with children's barred list, taken from your card the day you add each one, or paid by the candidate before we apply if you choose. Cancel in that month for nothing.
And if you leave, you keep copies of the files we've built for you.
Your team can put more people forward when somebody else does the clearing and the chasing. Here are three sizes of agency, worked out from the clearance and kept current prices, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.
Beside each size is what the same work costs done in-house. A compliance officer on £32,500 costs £3,117.73 a month once employer's National Insurance and pension are added, and one officer covers roughly twenty files a month once renewals are counted. In a smaller agency the consultants do it themselves, at £21.60 an hour. The hours matter more than the money, because they go back into filling roles.
10 candidates added · 60 files kept current
The in-house figure is 80 hours of a consultant's time a month.
25 candidates added · 150 files kept current
The in-house figure is two compliance officers for 200 hours of work a month, on salary with employer's National Insurance and pension, before desks, software and cover.
50 candidates added · 300 files kept current
The in-house figure is three compliance officers for 400 hours of work a month, on salary with employer's National Insurance and pension, before desks, software and cover.
The Enhanced DBS with children's barred list application is charged per application and is the same fee whoever runs the check. We don't decide who you book: the employment decision, and the statutory excuse as employer, stay with your agency.
Every check on those five is free, and you see the finished files before you commit to anything.
We won't send you spam or pass your address on.
