Staffroom24 runs this website and the Staffroom24 service for education supply agencies in England.

Company details to follow: our registered company name, company number, registered office, Information Commissioner's Office registration number and data protection contact will be printed here.

These terms cover your use of this website. Agencies read and accept the service agreement in their account before adding candidates, and it is that agreement, not these terms, that covers the service itself.

You are welcome to read, share and link to this website. Please do not use it in a way that breaks the law, harms anybody, or gets in the way of other people using it: trying to reach parts of it that are not meant for you, overloading it, or scraping it wholesale, for example.

We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we do not promise it will always be available.

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is general information about Staffroom24 and not advice. The safeguarding checks it describes are the statutory set for schools in England under Keeping Children Safe in Education, and we do not cover Wales or Scotland.

The prices on the site are the prices in the service agreement, each shown with the moment it is charged. If the site and the agreement ever disagree, the service agreement in force when a charge is triggered is the one that applies.

The words, design, logo and software on this site belong to Staffroom24 or to the people who licensed them to us. You may print or save a page, and forward our guide for agencies or a sample vetting pack, for your own use and to decide about working with us. Anything beyond that needs our permission first.

Where we link to another website, such as a page of government guidance, we do so because it is useful. We are not responsible for what is on it.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

For agencies using the service, liability is set by the service agreement they accept in their account rather than by these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute about them.

We may update these terms, and when we do we change the date and the version at the top of this page. The version in force when you use the site is the one that applies.
